How Therapy Is Provided
● Individual therapy provided in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment
● Short-term, focused therapy or longer-term, exploratory work depending on client needs
● Evidence-based approaches grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
● Trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, pacing, and trust
● Client-centred and interpersonal approaches that honour individual values and
experiences
● Integration of psychoeducation to support insight and understanding
● Practical, flexible strategies aimed at meaningful and sustainable change
Where appropriate, consultation and collaboration with families, physicians, and other healthcare or community professionals may be incorporated to support coordinated and effective care.
Referrals from physicians, midwives, doulas, pelvic floor physiotherapists, and fertility clinics are welcome.
