Session Fees

Individual therapy sessions (60 minutes) are $235 per session.

(Sessions are often covered in full or in part through extended health benefits - please check with your insurer).

Direct billing available for NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits) clients.

Extended sessions are available upon request and are billed at a prorated rate based on session length. For example:

Extended sessions of 75 minutes are available at a fee of $295.

Extended sessions of 90 minutes are available at a fee of $350.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for clients on maternity/parental leave.

Why Choose a Longer Session?

Some clients benefit from longer sessions, which allow for deeper exploration, greater emotional processing, and a less rushed therapeutic experience. Extended sessions may be particularly helpful when working through complex or emotionally intense topics, during periods of increased stress, or when additional time supports more meaningful progress.

Extended sessions are not necessary for all clients and are offered based on individual needs and therapeutic goals.

Payment & Receipts

Payment is required at the end of each session. A detailed receipt will be provided, which clients may submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

Insurance Coverage

Services provided by a Registered Doctoral Psychologist are typically covered under extended health benefit plans. Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage details directly with their insurance provider prior to booking.

Direct Billing

Please note that direct billing to insurance companies is not currently offered.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to half of the standard session fee.
