I work with individuals navigating some of the most vulnerable and overwhelming periods of life - including pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions.
Many of my clients are used to coping well, and are surprised to find themselves feeling anxious, stuck, or not like themselves.

My Approach to Care
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding — understanding your experiences, your strengths, and the patterns that shape your life. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and respectful space where clients feel heard and supported.
I work from an integrative, evidence-based framework, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and client-centred and interpersonal approaches. Therapy is tailored to each individual, recognizing that there is no single path to healing or growth.
My style is both compassionate and practical. Together, we work to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and support changes that feel realistic and meaningful. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, my goal is to support you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
